I ordered the girl's purple unicorn knapsack with my granddaughter's name sewn on. It is very cute, good quality, and the quilting is well made. The customer service department are excellent. I had to contact them as I made an error with the original order. They answered promptly and assured me they had made the change, which they had in fact done.
